SHIPPING TERM AND RETURNS
Order placed on business day before 16:00 pm, will be shipped that same day.
During SALE and other promotions, it can take a little longer.
We ship orders via MRW and Fedex. Orders in Spain take from 24 to 72 hours. For international orders could take from 3 to 5 working days. We are not responsible for the rights, taxes and others import charges and cost.

If you need to track your order, please send us a mail to email@example.com with your order number and we will give you your tracking number.
National – 6€ for shipping to SPAIN.
Canary island – 8€ (* we will not be held responsible for additional tax costs or border costs.)
Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Holland, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, United Kingdom, Czech Republic and Switzerland – 20€
Bulgaria, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Slovak Republic, Romania and Sweden – 30€.
* We do not ship to APO/DPO/FPO addresses.
* We do not ship to Russia.
United States and Canada
U.S – 35€ for all orders in the continental U.S. and Canada
Returns will only apply to products of equal or higher value paying the remaining amount within 20 days of receiving the product.
Products won’t be refunded except those presenting faults or disperfections, even if their conditions have been checked before shipping.
Return costs will be the customers responsibility except those presenting faults or imperfections.
Shipment costs will be paid out to Specciale Jewels via PayPal or bank transfer.
Products’ perfect state will be essential for returns to be applicable, presenting no evident signs of usage. It’s return will not be possible otherwise. It is the customers responsibility to provide adequate packaging assuring the products perfect conditions for arrival to Specciale.
