The preparation time of the orders can vary from one to three business days from the completion of the order.

On sales dates or special promotions, the usual delivery time periods may be modified.

The delivery time in Spain is from 24 to 72 hours. For international shipments the delivery time can vary between 1 to 3 weeks. We cannot be held responsible for any local taxes and customs charges.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

It is only possible to exchange a product for one of the same or higher amount, paying the value of the price difference within 20 days after receiving the item.

Products will not be refunded except those that show flaws or damage, even if their conditions have been verified before shipment. In this case, Specciale Jewels will bear the shipping costs.

A perfect state of the product without obvious signs of use, will be necessary to be able to apply the exchange fees. It is the client's responsibility to guarantee appropriate packaging to ensure that it maintains intact conditions upon arrival at Specciale Jewels.
