To proceed with the exchange of a product you must buy this "product"
Once the order is finished, we will request the collection at the address indicated in the order and the next day a Correos Express courier will come to collect the exchange product. We will send you by email the label that you must print and paste on the package.
The product must be in its original packaging, perfectly closed in a box or envelope and sealed.
Once we receive the product and verify that it is in perfect condition, we will send the new exchange product to the same address indicated.
At the end of the change, we need you to indicate the previous order number , the product you want to change and the new product for which you are making the change.
In the event that the change is for a product of a higher amount, we will send a link to finalize the payment.
