RETURNS & EXCHANGES

It is essential that the products subject to an exchange and/or return are in perfect condition and without obvious signs of use, otherwise no exchange can be made. It is your responsibility to provide appropriate packaging to ensure that items arrive at Specciale in perfect condition. We suggest using the original box in which you received your order. If the items are received in poor condition, we will not be able to make the requested exchange.

It is only possible to exchange a product for one of equal or higher value, paying the value of the difference in price within 20 days after receiving the item. In this case, Specciale Jewels will organize the shipment upon payment of this, at the customer's expense, via PayPal or bank transfer.

The period to make an exchange and/or return is 14 calendar days after the order is delivered.

Personalized products cannot be returned/refunded.

ORDERS FOR SALE PRODUCTS DO NOT ALLOW RETURNS. SHIPPING TIME FOR THESE ORDERS MAY VARY.

To make a change, write us an email to comunicacion@specciale.com and our Customer Service team will inform you of the steps to follow.

For exchanges, the new item will be sent on a return service, in which the courier will deliver the new product to you and collect the product you wish to exchange. It is important that you have the product you want to exchange prepared. If the item you want to exchange is not delivered, the courier will not be able to deliver the new item to you.

Regardless of whether the product is damaged or has any defects, if the customer wants to return it within the 14-day period, he or she has the right to be refunded/returned to the amount of the product.

A perfect condition of the product without obvious signs of use will be necessary in order to apply the exchange rates. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure appropriate packaging to ensure intact condition upon arrival at Specciale Jewels.
