Returns and Exchanges
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
It is essential that the products subject to exchange and/or return are in perfect condition and without obvious signs of use, otherwise no exchange can be made. It is the customer's responsibility to provide appropriate packaging to ensure that the items arrive at Specciale in perfect condition. We suggest using the original box in which you received your order. If the items are received in poor condition, we will not be able to make the requested exchange.
It is only possible to exchange a product for one of equal or higher value, paying the difference in price within 20 days of receiving the item. In this case, Specciale Jewelry will organize the shipment upon payment by the customer, via PayPal or bank transfer.
The period to make an exchange and/or return is 14 calendar days after delivery of the order. Any product exchange has a shipping cost of €4.00 which will be borne by the customer.
Personalized products cannot be returned/refunded. Returns will be refunded in exchange for a voucher of the same value that will be used exclusively online and will expire 12 months from the date of delivery.
ORDERS FOR SALE PRODUCTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. SHIPPING TIMES FOR THESE ORDERS MAY VARY.

Any product exchange has a shipping cost of €4.00 which will be borne by the customer. The new item will be sent on a return service, in which the courier will deliver the new product to you and collect the product you wish to exchange. It is important that you have the product you wish to exchange ready. If the item you wish to exchange is not delivered, the courier will not be able to deliver the new item to you.
In case of return, the customer must bear the cost of shipping the item to our facilities (contact help@specciale.com to obtain the shipping address) and returns will be processed once we receive the package and a voucher will be issued for the same amount of the purchase, which will be used exclusively online and will expire 12 months from the date of delivery.
A perfect condition of the product with no obvious signs of use will be required in order to apply the exchange rates. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure proper packaging to ensure that it remains in intact condition upon arrival at Specciale Jewelry.
