Specciale Warranty
At Specciale, we take great pride in the quality and artisanal care behind each of our jewelry pieces. For this reason, all items include a one-year warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not, under any circumstance, cover damage caused by use, natural wear, or improper care of the piece.
How does the warranty work?
Each Specciale piece goes through two thorough quality controls before leaving our workshop, ensuring a flawless finish. However, if you notice a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 15 days of receiving your jewelry so we can process your request appropriately.
For warranty claims made after 30 days of receiving your order, our quality team will assess the case. If the damage is confirmed to be due to a manufacturing issue, we will proceed with a replacement. If that is not possible, we will issue a gift card for the full value of the damaged item.
About gold plating wear
The gold plating on our jewelry is durable, but it may naturally wear over time, especially in areas that are in constant contact with your skin, other jewelry, or hard surfaces.

If the wear is localized (for example, on the underside of a ring), it is considered a consequence of regular use and is not covered by the warranty, as it is not a manufacturing fault.

Contact with perfumes, creams, sweat, seawater, chlorine, chemicals, or improper storage may accelerate this wear.

If the gold plating appears to have worn away evenly across the entire piece, our technical team will evaluate the item. If it's determined to be a manufacturing defect, the warranty will apply and the piece will be replaced. If the wear is due to usage, Specciale cannot be held responsible.
The warranty only covers manufacturing defects, not damage resulting from use.
Replating Service
If your piece has lost its gold plating due to wear, we offer a gold replating service. The cost will depend on the type of piece, and shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

If you believe your jewelry has a manufacturing defect covered under our warranty, please email us at help@specciale.com with your order number, clear photos of the piece, and a brief description of the issue. We’ll be happy to assist you.

To maintain the brilliance and longevity of your Specciale jewelry, we recommend the following:
All of our pieces are handcrafted and finished with a delicate 18kt gold plating.
To ensure your piece lasts for many years:

Avoid contact with water, and keep it away from perfume, sunscreen, and other chemicals.

Prevent exposure to direct sunlight, heat, and humidity, as they may affect the silver and gold plating.

Clean your jewelry gently with a soft cloth or our polishing cloth.

Store each piece in a plastic pouch or its original packaging to protect it and keep it looking like new—ready to shine every time you wear it.
