In the first place, the injection of wax is carried out in rubber molds, with the previous design of the jewel that we want to create. After a few seconds, the mold is opened and the wax model is extracted.
We put all the models that we have drawn on waxes in the so-called wax tree.
Once this is done, the cylinder is prepared: coating it with a gypsum-based compound. When it hardens, it is introduced into the corresponding furnaces at a high temperature for casting.
In this same process, the metal is also melted. And it is introduced into said cylinder, which will cause the wax to dissolve and make room for the metal, in the space that was previously the wax.
Once the tree has been removed from its foundry, it is allowed to cool and is cut with specific tools and filed down to the smallest detail.
When the piece is previously polished, the corresponding stones are set.
Finally, each of the pieces goes through the polishing process, to give it the necessary shine and for the jewel to have the result we are looking for.
Finally, the yellow gold plating is given to the desired pieces.
